The only way to really tell if a racquet suits you is to try it. To order a demo, choose Demo Racquets from the product category list on the left, and place an order for the racquets you want to try. We will take full payment for the rackets, then refund the cost of any you don't want. Our demo service is currently only available to UK customers.
When you receive the demos, feel free to change the grip, add a grip, or even restring, if you wish. Try and get a real feel of what the racquet will be like, as you would play with it.
You then have 14 days from when you receive the demos, to decide which you like and return the racquets to us. We will send you a printable RMA number and returns address to attach to the parcel, then let us know if you wish to purchase any of the rackets you have tested. As soon as we get the demo racquets back, we will send you your new racquet free of charge and issue any refunds owing to you.
If the demo racquet we send you is a brand new racquet and you decide to accept it, there is no need to return the demo. Simply keep the racquet. Demo racquets may only have been used once or twice when new racquet ranges are released and in this instance, you may, if you wish, decide to keep the demo racquet, rather than exchanging it for a new one and paying the return postage cost. This is entirely your decision. Please make sure you are completely happy with condition of the racquet, before accepting a demo.
For the demo service to work, it is important that demo racquets are returned to us in reasonable time, so other people can try them. Please contact us immediately, if you are unable to return racquets on time.
In order to qualify for a refund, demo racquets must be returned to us in usable condition. Cosmetic scrapes and general wear and tear are not a problem.
Postage costs for demo racquets are paid by the customer and the return of rackets is your responsibility. We recommend using either Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes upto £500 compensation, or Standard Parcels with additional insurance upto the value of the racquets.
