The only way to really tell if a racket suits you is to try it. To order a demo, choose Demo Rackets from the product category list on the left, and place an order for the rackets you want to try. We will take full payment for the rackets, then refund the cost of any you don't want. Our demo service is currently only available to UK customers.
When you receive the demos, feel free to change the grip, add a grip, or even restring, if you wish. Try and get a real feel of what the racket will be like, as you would play with it.
You then have 14 days from when you receive the demos, to decide which you like and return the rackets to us. Just let us know by e-mail if you wish to purchase any of the rackets you have tested. As soon as we get the demo rackets back, we will send you your new racket free of charge and issue any refunds owing to you.
If the demo racket we send you is a brand new racket and you decide to accept it, there is no need to return the demo. Simply keep the racket. Demo rackets may only have been used once or twice and in this instance, you may, if you wish, decide to keep the demo racket, rather than exchanging it for a new one and paying the return postage cost. This is entirely your decision. If you wish to do this, please make sure you are completely happy with condition of the racket, before accepting a demo.
For the demo service to work, it is important that demo rackets are returned to us in reasonable time, so other people can try them. Please contact us immediately, if you are unable to return rackets within 14 days.
In order to qualify for a full refund, demo rackets must be returned to us in usable condition. Cosmetic scrapes and general wear and tear are not a problem. If demo rackets are returned cracked, broken or otherwise unusable, you will be charged the manufacturer's current wholesale price plus postage costs to allow us to replace the racket.
Postage costs for demo rackets are paid by the customer and the return of rackets is your responsibility. We recommend using either Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes upto £500 compensation, or Standard Parcels with additional insurance upto the value of the rackets.
