Shipping

Deliveries within the UK are made by Parcel Force 48 or 24 hour services, or Royal Mail First Class.

Shipping is available by Parcel Force Euro 48 or Airmail to all other EU countries. NO duty or import VAT will be charged on arrival.

Free shipping is available for orders equal to or over the following amounts:

Mainland UK	Ireland/Europe
£75	£125

Our shipping rates outside the UK are as follows:

Ireland/Western Europe	Eastern Europe/Scandinavia
£10	£20

For countries outside the EU, please be aware that customs charges (duty and import VAT) totalling approximately 18% of the order value will be due on arrival.

Returns

Any goods can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days, provided that they are in new (pristine) condition with all labels and packaging intact. If you wish to return an item, please contact us for an RMA number and the returns address. For UK and US customers, goods will be received at the warehouse closest to you in your country of residence. This currently includes facilities in the UK, LA and Chicago. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

For UK customers returning rackets, we recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, which includes full compensation and tracking. It is usually possible to send rackets this way, provided the packaging is not too bulky. Please mark rackets as FRAGILE. Shoes and smaller items can be sent by standard mail - compensation is provided as standard upto £39. Additional compensation can be purchased. For larger items, it may be necessary to use a courier service such as Parcel Force 48, which can be done from the Post Office and includes upto £150 compensation as standard and is trackable; or Royal Mail Standard Parcels. Standard Parcels may also require additional compensation to be purchased upto the value of the item(s).

If you are returning goods by any Royal Mail service, please be sure to obtain a Certificate of Posting from the post office as you will need this in order to claim compensation in the event of loss or damage in transit. Regrettably, we cannot issue refunds unless goods are returned to us in resaleable condition.
