Shipping
We provide fast worldwide shipping by fully insured, trackable courier or airmail services. Items of lower value are sent by standard mail or airmail. We can deliver to major European cities in 3 days from ordering and major cities worldwide in 4 days from ordering. More remote locations will take a little longer - please see shipping table below. Shipping times are as quoted by the shipping service, plus one day for processing. International Express courier services have been included for remote locations, and UPS Express for urgent delivery to these areas.

No import tax or duty is payable on orders sent to EU countries (except EU Special Territories *). No tax is charged on orders sent outside Europe (EU).

Returns
Any goods can be returned for exchange or refund within
21 days, provided that they are in resaleable condition with all labels and packaging intact. If you wish to return an item, please contact us for an RMA number and the returns address. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
For UK customers returning rackets, we recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, which includes full compensation and tracking. It is usually possible to send rackets this way, provided the packaging is not too bulky. Shoes and smaller items can be sent by standard mail - compensation is provided as standard upto £46, provided from you obtain a Proof of Posting from the Post Office. Larger items may require Royal Mail Standard Parcels. Additional compensation may need to be purchased to cover the value of the item.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds unless goods are returned to us in resaleable condition.
