Dunlop Aerogel 4D Pro GT-X Manufacturer's Description
At 5 and 7 o'clock the multi-directional properties of 4D braided cloth help stabilise the torsional twist at key points of the rackkuet. At 3 and 9 o'clock one layer of 4D braided cloth provides the torsional stability previously only achievable with several layers of carbon fibre. As a result of only one layer being used insted of several this softer material also provides superb touch and feel at ball contact.
The Dunlop Aerogel 4D Pro GT-X is ideal for advanced players seeking an enhanced performance frame based on Dunlop's best-selling Pro racket, with the addition of a widened throat area and long handle to deliver the ultimate combination of head-light pro player feel, manoeuvrability and control. Dunlop Aerogel 4D Pro GT-X Review
Building on the success of the Aerogel Pro GT, the Pro GT-X uses 4D braiding and a widened throat area to add stability and power to the Dunlop Pro frame. Despite Dunlop's head light rating, this racket played slightly head heavy in testing. It is very lightweight, manoeuvrable and accurate. On testing, the Aerogel Pro GT-X seemed to pack a little less punch than other rackets in the range, but taking care to follow through the ball reveals impressive power delivered by 4D Braiding in the frame. Being lightweight, the 4D Pro GTX has a fairly delicate balance, but it does accept a thin overgrip well. The Dunlop factory strings are rather poor and a restring is recommended.
To demo this racket, simply add it to your basket and make a payment for the full amount. Demos should be returned to us within approximately 14 days after you receive the racket. If you like it, a new one will be sent to you free of charge. If you don't, we will refund the ticket price when you return the demo. It is also possible to keep demo rackets, if you are happy with their condition. You can try upto three rackets at a time.
