To demo our squash rackets, simply add upto three rackets to your basket, proceed to checkout and make a full payment. You then have 14 days from when you receive the demo rackets to try them and return them to us. We then refund the ticket price of those you don't want and send out a new racket of any you do, free of charge.
As many demo rackets are new or in "as new" condition, some customers prefer to keep the demo they receive, rather than paying the return postage. In this case, simply let us know via the Contact page. The condition of each racket is shown on the product pages. Purchase any two rackets worth £74.99 or over and get free delivery of your demos and your new rackets. All you have to do is return the demo rackets to us. Be sure to pay the postage charge when you place your order, so this can be deducted later if you choose to purchase.
