Head have come up with "Corrugated Technology" for their 2009/10 squash rackets. Corrugated rails are inserted into the shaft of the racket to stiffen it, while allowing it to flex at the same time. The technology is effective and power is noticeably increased across all rackets in the range. The top-of-the-range Xenon 135 CT has been taken up by many professional players including Karim Darwish and Azlan Iskandar. The two teardrop shape head rackets, the 115 CT and 135 CT offer great power and excellent touch.
We see the same handle on these squash rackets as in the Microgel range, no longer square as on previous ranges, but still large at the butt and best suited to players who hold the handle in a standard position. All Head CT squash rackets use high quality Head Evolution Pro strings (orange) which are almost identical to Technifibre 305 green and are strung at a good tension for this string.
